How long will my home inspection and walk-through appointment take?
A home inspector will arrive at the inspection address approximately 3-4 hours ahead of your scheduled walk through. After doing a physical inspection of the property, the inspector will meet with you at your appointed time and will guide you through the areas of concern on your home inspection report, as well as answer any of your questions.
Each home inspection is different, but generally speaking the physical inspection takes the inspector approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours, with most walk-through appointments lasting between 45 to 60 minutes.

When do I pay for my home inspection?
After the walk through is completed, payment is due.
How long does it take to get my home inspection report?
Within 24 hours or less your home inspection report is emailed to you.
Do you offer appointments on Saturday?
By appointment on a case-by-case basis.
